Youth leagues season 106 meetings

Due to some issues during the season change, the youth league meetings were created based on the positions in season 105. We have now removes the wrong meetings, carried out relegations and promotions and re-created the meetings.
If you already enrolled athletes in the youth league, you will need to do this again or the standard line-up will be used when checked.
